Our default the colour is: colour 1: Ivory white, colour 2: light beige, colour 3: Tan, 4: Brown.
If you would like to have darker colour, we offer colour 5: Dark brown, colour 6: Black for options.

* Version 7 & Version 8: With some veins and spots on bodysuits that are carefully handmade. They would definitely be the perfect opportunity for you to achieve this as it’s the latest technology and a higher quality silicone with realistic skin feeling.
The Crossdresser Store uses superb quality Hypoallergenic food-grade (TPE) silicone materials to ensure that they will last long enough to satisfy your need for encasement. However, please clean with lukewarm water and mild soap. Caution, do not keep product under the sunlight, do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals and keep away from sharp objects.
Our moulding line removal service is to remove the silicone moulding lines of your silicone crossdressing & transvestite products by delicate handcraft. So as to make your purchase look and feel more realistic.
If you require a seamless look, please choose this service, processing time: 1-2 weeks.

We are always working on the variety of payment methods, However, all orders are done through Paypal, Stripe, Debit & Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) online for your security.
You can select the currency you prefer on top of our website. All product prices will be automatically converted into the selected currency.
Most of the time all transactions will be handled in USD, this means you will see the total order amount on the order confirmation in USD. If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD (e.g. EUR), you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subjected to a foreign currency transaction fee.
Please consult your bank or credit card provider if you are unsure. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you.
Once your payment has been received, we will send you an email notification email about the order.

For all customers all over the world, there’s NO GST/Sales tax. Our price is including GST/Sales tax and with free discreet shipping.
VAT/ Customs duties are excluded in the shipping.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.

By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Shipping & Customer Support
We offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. There may occasionally be some locations we are unable to ship to. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
All crossdressing products from The Crossdresser Store will be packed and shipped by discreet shipping way.
Due to high demands on our custom products, Our order processing time takes 2-7 business days. Items will then be dispatched from our fulfillment and distribution center in China or Australia or USA, depending on the item’s availability. They are shipped via Special line logistics, ePacket, Australia Post, EMS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS.
Your item transit time: product processing time + shipping time.
Processing time:
Version 4, version 5 products in stock usually take 2-3 business days to process.
Most of Version 6,Version 7 & version 8 products takes 3-7 business days to customize.
Shipping time:
Our standard shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks, and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.
If you need to make a change of shipping address, please contact us asap. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to your new address. However, if the package has been shipped, then the shipping address will not be able to be changed.
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship. Once they’ve shipped, you’ll receive an email which includes a tracking number.
Due to health & hygiene reasons, we do not refund, credit, exchange for Crossdressing & Transvestite products if you change of mind or you choose incorrectly, (please check the size chart indicated in the product listing).
We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping address, you didn’t receive your item from not being home or to arrange collection in time, we are unable to cancel or refund any item/items that have already been shipped and is en route to your location, our products are custom handmade, some are shipped direct from the manufacturer as such cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
We cannot issue the refund if your order does not arrive because of exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural calamity).
Due to logistical reasons, if you order more than one item, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. So please be patient until the other item(s) arrive.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Quality problem: you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was sent within 20 calendar days after receiving the garment-it must be unwashed, unworn and with all the original tags affixed. (Perceived colour differences due to your computer monitor will not be exchanged).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error .
- To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you believe what you have received is not what you expected or as described on the product detail page, please check the order confirmation in your mailbox. Sometimes we did send the correct product, because there are several products look very similar.
Otherwise please email us and select the ‘Wrong product received’ subject. It will also help if you provide us a detailed description on how the item differs from the product information listed on our website. It is important to provide a correct order number when you submit the contact form.
