Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Here at The Crossdresser Store we strive to provide best products and to ensure 100% customer satisfaction around the world. If you have any questions or enquiries about the products we stock, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
You can process your refunds or returns request by emailing us at {thecrossdresserstorecs@gmail.com} and select the ‘Refund order’ or ‘Returns order’ subject. It’s also essential to provide a correct order number. Otherwise, we can’t successfully process your request for a refund.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 20 natural days after the guaranteed period for delivery (50 business days) has expired. If 20 natural days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully as due to health & hygiene reasons we do not refund, credit, exchange or change of mind if you choose incorrectly, (please check the size chart indicated in the product listing).
Cancellation
We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping address, you didn’t receive your item from not being home or to arrange collection in time, we are unable to cancel or refund any item/items that have already been shipped and is en route to your location, our products are custom handmade, some are shipped direct from the manufacturer as such cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
We cannot issue the refund if your order does not arrive because of exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural calamity).
To cancel your order, it is important to provide your correct order number in the message box, if not we can’t process cancellation request. Requests without a correct order number will not be successfully processed.
You can request a refund or reshipment for the products you ordered if you will not receive them within the guaranteed time (50 business days, excluding 2-7 business days processing).
Important: Please keep in mind that if you will cancel your order, the funds may have a hold on them for one to three working days by your bank or credit card issuer. Please be cognizant that these holds are completely out of our control.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom products cannot be returned. Due to health & hygiene reasons, we also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as silicone bodysuits, breast forms, silicone panties, muscle suits, silicone masks, gloves&bellies etc.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
